About JIN 2, the series finished airing last week and Heiwa Fansubs finished the subs as well. They usually do a pretty good job at subbing so I’m just gonna make an HD encode and upload the subtitles separately for everyone to download. I don’t wanna get anyone’s hopes up but I’m aiming to get the videos encoded and released sometime this month. In the meantime, I hope you guys enjoy this series!!!

Professor Oh was the fellow colleague that I was referring to who was willing to tackle this project with me despite her busy schedule. What is she busy doing? Ironically, making Korean lesson videos on youtube that I’ve been following trying to learn the language, that’s what lol! Her videos are quite good and entertaining actually and you really do pick up a lot from them. With that said, check them out if you’re looking for aweome Korean lesson videos!!

For those who were wondering, yes, I am currently working on the second surprise jdrama that will be release later this month. I don’t think I will be able to finish until next week since the summer semester has already started and I have quite a lot of work to do but, it everything is still on schedule and it should be done by the end of the month ^_^b

A few things to know about this release:

1) They were made using the 1080p RAWS uploaded by mikajin over at D-Addicts

2) There will be some noticeable blockiness and other errors in some episodes, especially during dark scenes or scene changes, but they are present in the RAWS too so there is nothing that can be done about it.

3) The audio in episode 8 and 9 will noticeably go out of sync near the end of the episode but, for the most part, everything is fine. These are present in the original too. I could split the video (and hope that mkvtoolnix will split it exactly where I need it since exact frame splitting can’t be done without re-encoding) and figure out the correct delay value (for every single part that been split) and rejoin everything but, it is just too time consuming.

4) I asked Heiwa Fansubs for the their permission to use these subs but have yet to get a reply. Regardless, I added their group name to encode as well. If they wish for the subs to be removed in the future, I will gladly do so and just make it available as a separate download. I used the 720p subs but, some parts still needed to be re-timed and only minor grammar corrections were made.

5) Enjoy! I plan to do an encode for some episodes of season 2 of JIN sometime in the future as well (in ADDITION to the other drama that will be released this month if I get the chance ^_^)

BUT, for those who don’t already know, Karaholic, an international fan site dedicated to KARA, has subbed up to episode 9 already ^_^ The catch is that you must be a registered member and have made 40 posts in the forums (or make a donation) to enter the Sweet Melodix Mediabox where they can be directly downloaded. I’m going to ask the admins over there for permission if I can take them outside of KH and make them available on here as well but, if not, you’ll just have to do one of the above or wait for momoflower to release them.

Also, don’t worry. I haven’t forgotten about those 2 dramas that I promised to be released this month. I’m hoping to get one series done within the coming week and the next a week or two later. What are they? You’ll just have to wait and see =)

I’m currently preparing for my finals that are going to take place within the next two week so there won’t be any new releases until May BUT, I guarantee at LEAST two new series will be up next month ^_^b Besides that, it’s just regular site maintenance as usual. As always thanks to everyone that reported broken download links to me. I really appreciate the help in keeping the site error-free so keep up the good work!

I am currently in the process of obtaining the batch upload (which has been renamed accordingly) and will replace the ones currently available for download with them later (ex. Ep. 5 SP will now be Ep. 6 SP and so on). I’m not sure if they are completely different encodes or if they are just the same files renamed but I’ll check it later when the torrent finishes.

Update: All of the links now correspond to the videos found in the batch file. Most of the files were the exact same except #1, 2, and 5. I would download these newer episodes and rename the rest of the episodes accordingly depending on which file you downloaded.

In other news, momoflower is back ^_^ Due to the high number of requests for this series, I was actually planning on taking up subbing it with a fellow colleague of mine but it seems that there is no need for it anymore. Her laptop is now fixed so expect subs to be coming in the near future ^_^b Besides that, a short preview clip and the NG Cut is now online as well! Enjoy!
