EasyDrama + Company

This drama came out back in July of 2000. Almost 9 years ago! Even so, it’s definitely a drama worth watching. It’s interesting to see how dramas have changed over the years.

This drama features the lovely Hirosue Ryoko as Yuki Katase and Domoto Tsuyoshi from KinKi Kids as Natsuo Shinoda. Any Ryoko fan definitely heard of this drama and already knows what this is about. For those who haven’t check out http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Summer_Snow.

Maison Ikkoku aka Mezon Ikkoku revolves around a ronin (someone who’s trying to get into college but has failed the entrance exams repeatedly) Godai Yusaku (Nakabayashi Taiki) and his love for his landlord Otonashi Kyoko (Itoh Misaki) who is a beautiful widow. Will he be able to win her heart? You’ll find out when the 2008 Special is up ^_^.

This a pretty interesting and refreshing drama. Unlike a lot of the other dramas out there the main characters are not from Johhny’s Entertainment (which isn’t necessarily a bad thing) which is kind of a break from the same routine.

This drama is primarily mystery and suspense and it’s pretty good. Not as good as Galileo but pretty good and worth watching! For the full synopsis check out http://wiki.d-addicts.com/Triangle.

This drama is based on the true story of a little girl with spinocerebellar degeneration. The actress that plays her part is Erika Sawajiri (Ikeuchi Aya) and it shows how she deals with the disease and everyday life. This drama wasn’t that bad. There’s also a special that follows the series that will be up soon!

This special wraps things up! It takes place 1 year after the events in the series and it starts off in Hawaii where Eri and Tsuru are to be married. The problem though is that the bride is missing! Ken gets another chance to go back in time to try and tell Tsuru about the wedding and find out why it happened!

Even more Zettai Kareshi! This special has some behind the scenes footage as well as some bloopers. They ask Knight, Soshi, and Riiko some questions and there’s even a little Knight versus Soshi questioniare. The special is RAW and has no subtitles but you’ll still get the gist of it even if you don’t understand Japanese. A treat to all fans of the series!

The titles says it all! Hana Yori Dango Movie is now online! BOTH the theatrical and the Director’s cut version is now available. Also like the series it’s not exactly my favorite movie of all time but if you’re a fan of HanaDan then this is for you!

To be honest, this is not exactly one of my favorite dramas of all time. But despite that it is VERY successful and their have been different versions aired in Japan, China, Korea, and other parts of Asia.
